Affiliate Program Terms

Working draft for review before publication

These terms describe the intended framework for AMVENA’s affiliate and Campus Ambassador program. Participation begins only after AMVENA approves an application.

Registration

The registration fee is ₹499. Based on the supplied program material, it is refundable after the affiliate achieves the first Grow Lite enrollment or ₹10,000 in total verified sales. AMVENA must confirm the verification and refund process before production launch.

Referral attribution

Affiliates should use their assigned link and provide accurate referral information. AMVENA may reject duplicate, self-referred, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, unpaid, or otherwise ineligible transactions.

Commission

Published percentages apply to eligible successful closings under the relevant monthly or quarterly schedule. Commission is not earned merely by sharing a link or generating a lead. Final calculation, approval, payout schedule, taxes, and reversal rules must be confirmed in the program onboarding material.

Responsible promotion

  • Do not promise guaranteed growth, results, discounts, or earnings.
  • Do not misrepresent yourself as an AMVENA employee unless employed by AMVENA.
  • Do not use spam, false identities, misleading advertising, or unauthorized brand materials.
  • Disclose the affiliate relationship when promoting AMVENA.

Documents and privacy

Student applicants may be asked for a college ID and applicants may be asked for a professional photograph. These documents should be collected through a secure approved channel and used only for program administration.

Suspension and changes

AMVENA may suspend participation for suspected misuse or breach. Material changes to commission structures should be communicated before applying them to future eligible referrals.

Legal review required

This is a good-faith operational draft created from the supplied program outline. AMVENA should obtain legal review and confirm jurisdiction, dispute handling, payout timing, refund mechanics, and tax obligations before publication.
